House Construction in Progress
This will be a separate BLOG.
We now document our local Port Lincoln tour, beginning in real tourist style with a famous horse_
Makybe Diva is a British-bred, Australian- Trained Thoroughbred that became the first racehorse to win the famed Melbourne Cup on three occasions: 2003, 2004, and 2005. In 2005, she also won the Cox Plate. Makybe Diva is the highest stakes-earner in Australasian horse racing history, with winnings of more than A$14 million when she retired on 1 November 2005. Makybe Diva is one of only five horses to have won the Cup more than once in the long history of the event, which was first run in 1861. Makybe Diva is owned by South Australian tuna fisherman Tony Šantić, who named her after five of his employees - Maureen, Kylie, Belinda, Diane, and Vanessa - by taking the first two letters from each of their names.

The weather mood changes
Now this is the shortest I have seen Ashley's hair since we were all 10 year old's with basin cuts!!
Yep! the breeze got up during the day whilst in town, and the tinnie just off the rocks
Got the tinnie turned into the weather - Max. 41.3kph – 20knots. 2000 hrs wind dropped and tide out enough the walk tinnie around the rocks and load onto the trailer – forward tow hitch = MAGIC!
The weed build up added to the anchorage and dragged the moorings and beach stake out. No damage done to the tinnie
Check out the WIND! next day - relocated the troopy to help the wind pressure on the annexe - Gusting at 55kph
Yep! it's a kitchen knife washed up into the rock hole
to windy to fish so it's a Baking day! Whole wheat bread and an Impossible Pie - Yep! it's impossible to stuff it up, just follow the recipes

New home for the Blue Tractor
The loaner tractor put thru it's paces
Rather fresh in the AM. Got onto the chook
yard, cleared the scrub, and grubbed out the cover weed, what a mongrel weed it is.
Got the post hole digger working – only way to dig holes in this ground. Rubble
limestone on top, then into clay and soft limestone.
Managed 5 holes and post into the ground before lunch, remaining 5
in the afternoon, with a quick trip to Tumby to get 4 more post. KNACKERED!!
